Reviewed by ccc from SF, CA on Wednesday, August 22, 2012The padding in these things is so bulky and stiff that it feels like there's a paper bag or cardboard in your pants, and it makes walking feel goofy. Hopefully after some wearing and washing, the padding will soften up and get compressed, but they really feel strange. Maybe I was just too used to my old, washed up, less-padded shorts, and maybe this is how bike shorts are made these days. (I haven't tried any other shorts on recently.) It's hard to believe that $40 is the lowest price for a pair of shorts these days.
