I waited a long time to try these (a former Keen/Birkinstock costomer). Nothing else out there offers the support, comfort and durability of Chacos. Great product.

I wear the [...] out of my Chacos and love them for the lack of velcro (read anti-Teva) and durability. If I wear them camping and all spring/summer/fall, they last about 4-5 years. Well worth the cost and especially good value with Sierra's discounts.

Note 1: I hate the wedge between the toes on flip flops and do not like the Z/2 for the same reason which is why I go with the toe-loopless Z/1s. But if you are not anti toe wedge you may like the fit of the Z/2.

Note 2: The Unaweep I have had forever but just got the Yampa, which for whatever reason, feels "grippier" and I may like the feel better after several wears. I would try both and decide yourself.

Sandals came as advertised and fit great. Most people say that they take a couple of weeks to "break in." I was able to feel comfortable in these in a couple of days. Sandals were true to size...I wear an 11 in my other flip flops and order an 11 in these...no problem. Great price on these as most are around $100. Lastly, these have Vibram Soles which are extremely durable.

Sturdy, comfortable and look good too. What more do you want? Great Chaco quality. I think I might like these more than my Z2s.

I've never like the fit of the toe loop on the Chaco Z/1s... and the regular width causes super crazy blisters on wide feet. I got these in the green/khaki in the 'wide' width and they are awesome! The color won't look dirty after a week on the river and the thicker footbed is great for casual hikes! I'm super happy with this purchase thanks to a Sierra coupon - I got these for almost 50% off the same sandal in other stores.
