Closeouts. Friendly for the environment and even friendlier to cold feet, Acorn's Ergo booties have a water-repellent PET upper (made from woven recycled soda bottles) and Thermolite® synthetic down insulation.

These are house slippers, or should I say boots. They are very comfortable and stay on my feet so I don't have to shuffle around like when I wear bedroom slippers. I usually don't wear my house slippers when walking up or down the stairs, especially when I'm carrying something (like laundry) becau...

Living in Southern California, it doesn't get freezing here. These are lightweight and I like the waterproof outer material to go out and get the newspaper on wet days. I usually wear a 7 1/2 but ordered up to an 8. When outside and standing on concrete, wearing socks are perfect. Extra wide feet or a foot with a high instep may find it difficult to get into it as I wear a narrow. I like the heighth of this bootie and it keeps the cool air out. The pull tab at the back make getting these on fast and easy.

I bought a pair of these booties last fall. When I found them in closeout, I bought my second pair. These booties are warm, comfortable and durable enough to wear outside. I love that they are made from recycled materials too. Great bargain at STP!!!

These are actually wonderful slipper boots. Beautiful design. Love that they are very warm and cozy and toasty. What I desired. Now will wait for a freeze in Texas so as to get the full effect. If one change would like to be thinsulate without the weight of the heaviness. Overall I love them and so does my Husband. The shipping speed is always great with Sierra. Would recommend highly to everyone and buy again!!!
Since the upper is made with a water-repellent PET upper (made from woven recycled soda bottles) and Thermolite® synthetic down insulation they should be OK to walk your dogs on the golf course. They still may get wet if you walk in standing water, since the are water repellant and not waterproof.

depends on just how wet it is. Light, damp, I would say yes.

Yes, the outsoles are quite sturdy. Not much arch support as is typical of a slipper so if that doesn't bother you, go for it.

I prefer a looser fit with slippers and would order up.

I thought the size 10 was a half size too small, so I gave them to my mom, who wears a 9.5. A couple of days after I gave them to her, I noticed she had inserts in them because they felt too big. I tried them on again and they were fine. They are soft enough that, after wearing them for awhile, they fit great.

These are primarily for indoors with the occasional use for going outside to get the mail or something where your feet don't get that wet.

I think you could wear them either indoors or outdoors.

They're wonderful for both. I live in a basement apartment where I have to go outside and up a set of stairs for using the kitchen and bathroom. It's been raining lately, and it doesn't matter since these have such a great sole and the top isn't porous material, so the water brushes off after a quick dash.

I wear mine mostly indoors (as slippers), but I also wear them outside around my home and to take short trips to my mail box. They are sturdy enough that they could be worn on longer trips (e.g. to the grocery store).
