THESE are the best (only way they could be better is if they were MADE IN THE USA). He can stomp in puddles and play for hours, and is always dry!

I thought they might be slightly big, but they were actually quite large. We can make them work by pulling them up a little higher or rolling the waistband. It's not a bad thing for us, because they will just fit for a longer time! They seem to be good quality. They are extremely light-weight. We will probably need to regularly treat these with water-proofing wash.
