The boot is a bit heavier than others, but very comfortable and responsive.

Overall, this is a great boot, extremely responsive and accurate. While this is a rossi boot, I believe it was made Lange, if that tells you anything about the fit. The boot is stiff but can be softened by removing some screws on the back. The plastic spoiler can be removed for those with ample calves. The boot is so stiff that if feels like my foot slides back in the heal pocket, rather than the tongue flexing forward (it moves me rather than the other way around). I am 5'10, 200lbs and have been skiing avidly for 30 years. I am learning to appreciate this boot for its performance but it does require some adjustment.
