I ordered a medium for my husband who's 5' 6" and 143 pounds, and this medium looks tight for someone of 5' tall. He could hardly breathe when putting this on. It looks like it's a very durable and warm wetsuit, but I would recommend that you order 2 sizes up. Just FYI.

Answer A 2XL would be the most comfortable fit for your chest size. It fits 6'3" to 6'8" tall men from 196-203lb, and up to a 43" chest. The next lowest would be an XL which can only fit up to a 42" chest.

Answer You will to measure your chest as well. A M sizes for 71-76 kg, and 153 lbs is 69 kg. For your height at 5'11 you need a size of 180 cm and this one is just short at 174-179 cm. I hope this helps you with sizing.

Answer Unfortunately this suit will not be the best fit for you as you would need a larger size, but the length would be too long for you to accommodate the other measurements of your body. There are occasions when you may have to have a suit custom made to you and perhaps it's just this brand that doesn't work.
