An absolutely perfect little light. Small & unobtrusive yet very bright. I have bought 7 of these so far. We are putting one in each bug out backpack, our medical backpack, on the zipper pulls of our sleeping bags, & on zipper pulls of our Gore-Tex parkas. I know I'll end up buying more, as I want t... We have a couple of the pinch lights we've had for years that work great. I ordered three of these with a switch and one worked on the first try. One worked after I wiggled and jiggled it. The third one was returned because it never would stay on. I hope they have refined this item. I wanted to use it for an emergency light.

As always, the Princeton Tec products are excellent, and many of them are USA-made, including this one. The LED light is bright. The only issue that i noticed is that the light is hard to attach to the tiny keychain ring holder.

Will only turn on by squeezing the sides. Can't get it to stay on. Switch not working properly.
Won't be getting as much use out of this light as I thought I would.

This little guy is great to have around the campsite. I strapped a small lanyard on mine and looped it onto my belt loop. Worked great to always have a light with me without getting in my way!

The switch did not work properly and even if it was in the off position squeezing the body would turn on the light. It uses the same batteries as another LED light I have so I put those in that one. Since I got this one on sale it worked out about the same as buying batteries for my other light.

Answered on 11/27/2011 12:00:00 AM by Bill the tinker from Sherman
    • Answer No. The switch will let you keep the light on hands-free, or you can set it so it will only come on when you squeeze it. But it doesn't blink.
Answered on 12/26/2011 12:00:00 AM by displaced californian from Allyn, WA
    • Answer No, but it takes very little pressure to make it blink yourself. The switch has three settings: Constant light; pressure setting; and off.
