I was surprised to see that half the flies were blue, which in years of fly fishing, I have never regarded as a popular color. Sizes are rather large as well. I used the smallest blue color - looks to be an 18, and had success as an attractor on the Dream Stream, but will rarely use the larger flies. Maybe for salmon in the fall....

I couldn't beat the price for this selection of prince nymphs - my flies see a lot of use for carp, trout and panfish here in the summer.
These nymphs look to be proportionate and tied well, but half of the selection have electric blue floss bodies instead of the typical peacock herl.
I have yet to use them, and I doubt that panfish will care about the color, but carp probably will.
May just throw the blue ones in with my steelhead gear.
