Answer I'm a 38DD and I purchased the large. It was the perfect fit. I would say based on your measurements that you would go with a small if you have a smaller cup size or a medium if larger.

Answer I'd go with the small. I ordered the medium and it was huge on me. The sleeves were much too long and the body was too big. The small fits me perfectly.
