They came a little wrinkled but I trust they will iron out fine.

Reviewed by Donna from West Virginia on Thursday, January 24, 2013I have purchased several pairs of these drapes, in several colors and sizes. Some came with a strong smell; others did not. Some came extremely wrinkled, and even pressing would not remove the wrinkles. Others were not so bad. I tried many solutions. What worked best was to wash the drapes and add plenty of fabric softener. Dry in the dryer, and then pressing was much easier. They look great! I even washed the pinch pleated ones, and they did well also.

I LOVE the color - a very burnt orange / dark terracotta shade. Well made. I've been trying to think of another room in my house to buy these for. Would recommend!

Description should say that the grommets are the bronze color so you know to get the correct color rods. I spent $60 returning pewter rods because they clashed with the bronze grommets. Additionally, the fabric could be heavier. The lining is good but the fabric looks kind of like canvas, but much lighter weight. I've have cotten drapes that were of heavier fabric than these. However, that being said, they do block the light and I do feel that with the lining, they will warm up the room, block drafts from our old windows.

Question “According to the description it is 2 40x63" panels, for a total of 80x63" the picture shows the curtains from the ground to almost a foot from the ceiling. Does this mean the room you used was only 6' tall or are the curtains pictured not the ones we buy? The picture is very misleading for only 63" curtains. If they really are only 63" then they will not fit the windows we have, so I want to make sure of the size. Thanks!”
