I prefer the midweight as my everyday sock and go thicker from there. lights and ultra light weight just seem to be too thin to be durrable enough to pay the money for and your feet don't seem to sweet much more in the midweight's anyhow. WARNING!!! IF YOU BUY A PAIR OF SMARTWOOL SOCKS YOU WILL END UP WITH A DRAWER FULL OF THEM IN NOTIME!
