This top is perfect. It is classic, easy to wear and a good weight for either wearing alone or layering.

Answer large, as long as you are not tall or have long arms. I'm 65 and 160 and although large usually works for me I had to exchange for an XL

Answer For your height and weight, an extra large would fit unless you have very narrow shoulders. In that case, a large would probably be just fine.
