Bought two pairs in two different sizes for my sons. I got the ones with the design and both designs are perfectly matching two different young men. I had almost the same pair for about a decade but they were worn practically through the bottom. Comfortable and solid construction, at least for around the house wear. My only complaint, if any is that they're incredibly warm. My feet sweat in them unless I'm sitting outside in 20F degree weather.

This is my second pair. The 1st pair lasted 4 years and have been glued in a few spots which helped them last a while longer. Very warm so I don't use them much when it warms up and that makes them last longer.
A size small would be between a 7.5 and an 8.5, a medium is between 9-10, a large is from 10.5-11.5, and an Extra Large is between 12-13, one reviewer also writes they run large.

I wear size 11 1/2 or 12 in all my shoes and boots and ordered sz lg(10.5 to 11.5) in these slippers. They fit perfectly for me, so if you wear a 10 or 10.5 you might want to buy the Med. because the lg may be too big.

The width is medium about a D, the length runs slightly small. So size 9-10 really should be 8 1/2-9 1/2. My 9 1/2 -- medium foot completely but comfortably fills the shoe. If you are at the long end of the range buy the next larger size.
