Bought two pairs in two different sizes for my sons. I got the ones with the design and both designs are perfectly matching two different young men. Well made, cozy and what's most important comfortable and keep feet warm. My 13yo has foot size 11 and I got him the biggest size 12-13. His older bro...

Very nice, except for one thing. I have size 12 feet and ordered size 12, worried a bit that sometimes footwear from China is smaller than it ought to be. Well, these are larger than they ought to be. The heel especially is too wide and the things want to drop right off of my feet. I've more or less solved the problem by putting on a second, heavy pair of hiking socks over my regular socks when I change from street shoes into the slippers. But the socks take up fore-and-aft space too. The heel is tighter now, though still a bit too loose The toes are a little too tight, and I don't dare try an additional (third) pair of socks. Had I know this I probably would have ordered size 11 for my size 12 feet, instead of worrying about maybe I should have ordered size 13.
A size small would be between a 7.5 and an 8.5, a medium is between 9-10, a large is from 10.5-11.5, and an Extra Large is between 12-13, one reviewer also writes they run large.

I wear size 11 1/2 or 12 in all my shoes and boots and ordered sz lg(10.5 to 11.5) in these slippers. They fit perfectly for me, so if you wear a 10 or 10.5 you might want to buy the Med. because the lg may be too big.

The width is medium about a D, the length runs slightly small. So size 9-10 really should be 8 1/2-9 1/2. My 9 1/2 -- medium foot completely but comfortably fills the shoe. If you are at the long end of the range buy the next larger size.
