A "flip flop" with really good arch support--I've worn them all day, walking the dogs, errands, tromping the cement floors at Costco, etc!! No tired, achy feet!!

Answer Yes it does. That is one of the reasons I purchased it as a slipper, because it is difficult to find anything descent slipper wise with an arch! Got it at a great price.
