I own many cashmere sweaters, some 15 years old, and this one is already my favorite. Be aware that the fit is quite slim. I sized up one and the size is perfect - no bunching at the bottom. The cut is much more flattering than the v-neck sweaters on this site by the same brand. Worth every penny.

Actually I order the size 40, but the second one I got is in size 42 by accident, which fit perfectly. Not sure I would call it running small in chest or not because the fist time around the one with the defect seem to fit too.

I have had to return this sweater three times to get the right size. I am a 42 inch chest. But 42, and 44 were small. I just ordered a size 46 for exchange and hopefully it wil fit. Otherwise the sweater is of high quality. I am grateful that Sierra offers such a good return policy.
