Reviewed by desertfox from Arizona on Friday, May 10, 2013Shoes arrived quickly. Needed a little bit of break in, as I noticed a little rubbing across the top of toes. They are comfortable, but don't feel sturdy. I hike on rock, and they have not slipped.

The foot bed on one shoe had the arch in the wrong place. Are these seconds? I switched out the footbed from my other Vasque shoes and will keep these but I would not recommend them.

They feel great and I've worn them for short stints on level land. Haven't hit the trails yet, but I'm guessing they'll be just fine. Oh, and they look good too!

Question “this shoe says "waterproof componenets"... what does this mean? will it hold up in light snow or rain or will I be wishing I bought a gore-tex pair?”
