This beanie is definitely not a hat, but a beanie: small, does not fully cover ears and so undermines your ability to stay warm when you wear it. I have a very small head, and wear a child's bicycle helmet. Can't imagine this would fit most adults. It was very inexpensive so I'll hold onto it despite it's faults.
It will depend on your head size, it just covers my ears.

No it does not. It is a very small beanie and is very hard to keep on. One has to keep pulling it down.

Not completely. It rides up slightly so the bottom earlobe is out

Depends on the size of your head. I'm a relatively petite female, and the front of the beanie comes down almost to my eyebrows, my ears are completely covered, and the back goes all the way down to my neck. If my average-sized husband or 19-year son tried wearing this, it would definitely not cover their ears.
