I needed a wet suit that is easy to get on and off. It does that perfectly. The seems are put together well and I especially like the lined material that helps prevent chaffing.

I am six foot seven inches (201cm) 215 lbs. (98kg) and was amazed that I found a suit that fits. The legs and arms are a tad short, but I am a REALLY big guy. I've been diving with it for about four years and it is holding up pretty well. The only downside is getting it off the shoulders when de-suiting. Otherwise, easy on and very comfortable in the water.

Great wetsuit, this is my 2nd one. I love the front zipper. It fits perfect based on the size chart for weight. I am shorter than the size chart but is enough extra length to still be true to fit. 1st suit has lasted me over 3 years and is still in use. Only repairs made were on the knees which I have had to repair on all wetsuits I have owned that were used for windsurfing. It is a warm suit without being too hot. I windsurf in the Gorge and scuba dive in Hawaii with it and am never too cold or hot in either place. Great wetsuit.

Fast delivery to Norway! Fits good. Have not dived it yet, but usually it feels a little tight when trying it dry. I guess it will be perfect under water, as it feels a little tight in the crotch when dry. I also bought the shorty for me and my wife, and the 5mm seems an even better fit for her than the shorty. Not so many frontzip suits on the market, and I think this is one of the better ones.

  • Question “in black/blue colour picture, i cant see 'STINGRAY 5' letter on the side which is that i can see in black/orange colour.||is there a 'Stingray 5' on the side in black/blue colour?”
Asked on 1/29/2013 12:00:00 AM by everson from Seoul, S. Korea
  • Question “I've ordered two wetsuits from STP so far and had to return them - I'm still trying to figure out sizing. I'm 5'-10" female, 143 lbs, msmts: chest 38", waist 30", hips 39" with thin legs. The women's suit I ordered was way too short in the torso & really baggy in the legs so I ordered a men's bodyglove suit (M) that was ok in length but baggy in the arms and crotch (of course) and in the waist. I'd like to try ordering another suit but I'm not sure if it's possible to get the right sizing. Any other taller athletic/slender/non-hourglass women have any luck with wetsuit sizing? The mens bodyglove wetsuit fit a little better but it wasn't great. I was thinking of trying a small or medium in this suit.”

  • Question “WhaT is a "semi-Dry" wetsuit/how does it differ from a regular wetsuit ?”
Asked on 2/22/2012 12:00:00 AM by kirk from texas
    • Answer Semi-dry wetsuits seal better at the cuffs, zipper and neck. This helps you keep warmer water in the suit.

  • Question “Quick question on sizing: I'm 71" and 155 lbs, so would the medium fit me well enough?||The chart says I am an inch too tall for medium and about a pound underweight. I figure it might be a little tight, but it would fit better than a large”
Asked on 7/21/2011 12:00:00 AM by Allen from Korea
    • Answer As they do have some stretch I would recommend going for the medium as the large would be too loose.
