They are highly adjustable and very comfortable. They do no fit the ultra-lite category but make a heavy load feel lighter and are very durable. Best Pack I ever had, and will only buy Vaude now

Answer It has a sleeping bag compartment access but no other front access.

Answer I bought this and it has just arrived. There is zippered front access to the main compartment. If you look carefully, there are 2 zippers on the front that form a "V" shape. These zip down and the entire front flap can be pulled down for easy access

Question “What do the two volume measurements represent? Why are there two?”

Answer It's a 65 liter pack that you can expand if you need more room by 10 liters. It's like two packs in one.

Answer I think I know the answer to that. There's an extra bag you can open up probably at the top to add an extra 10 liters when needed. My son's backpack has that capability and he loves that feature.
