I work for the DOW and I'm an avid outdoorsman. Spend a great deal of time in the wild and base my oppinions on experience not armchair gear snobbery.

If you're buying a SYNTHETIC fill bag, this is the way to go. First bought one to replace a 20F Marmot that cost 4X's as much and this is every bit... Read More

I have not tested this sleeping bag yet but the construction and the quality is outstanding. The bag is light weight, comfortable and with some nice features and the price cannot be beat. I purchased a Alps compression sack, medium and it crushes this bag down to a very compact size. I can't wait to hit the trail!!!

I haven't used this outside in cold temps, but slept in a couple of nights while at a hunting cabin. It was pretty cold (even in the cabin), but the bag kept me warm. It was pretty comfy, but it's very bulky (comes with a sleep sack, but not compression). Will take up a ton of room in your pack, and kind of heavy for a backcountry bag, but it was dirt cheap and worth the extra weight!

I bought this sleeping bad for my boyfriend, I thought it looked like good quality and he seems to really like it. It does not seem to be heavy as other reviews claim it is although I have not taken it backpacking. It is a little small, my boyfriend is 6'1" and it looks a little too small for him although he claims it was okay

Very comfortable and warm during cold Californian desert nights. The bag is rather bulky and large when used for hiking/backpacking, but it is a great value for this price.

Pack size larger than I was expecting, so I returned it. Would not be able to use it Kayak camping. Did not unpack it so I cannot attest to the quality.
