I primarily wear them under a suit or sport coat, because I despise neckties, and these look just as formal. But they're versatile enough to be worn simply as a shirt, over a t-shirt, or as you would normally wear a sweater. The quality seems to be excellent, and, wow, are they ever comfortable.
