This looked perfect with the thumb holes and hood. However, the fit was weird. I ordered an XS and it was tight through the armpits, loose through the middle and very short in length. The bottom of the jacket did not even come down to the waist on my pants and I go with the more conservative rise. I was not convinced that upsizing would solve the fit problems so it went back.

I would have to agree with others in that the waist width is a little large, and the length is short. I wear a size small in most mountain hardwear - 5'5" 118lbs. This jacket hangs loose around my waist and sits just at my hips. Maybe it's because I'm used to jackets hanging below or at my hips.... Either way the fit is off. I will keep this jacket because it is soft, warm, great color, and light weight - I can wear it running - but had I tried it on in a store, I wouldn't have bought it.

I purchased it for around the house, but also as a layering piece for hiking in cooler temperatures. I usually take an XS in MH (small frame, 5'6" and 118lbs), but this one just fit all wrong. Too tight in the shoulders, too short in the sleeves and too short in the bodice. The bottom of the jacket didn't even make it to the top of my pants (and I don't wear low waisted pants). Very disappointed. This will go back.
