I bought these briefs as a less expensive alternative to Ex Officio mesh underwear. The Ex Officio underwear are superb and last forever, but they are expensive. I thought I would try these, since they are half the price. Initially, they seem great. They are as comfortable as the Ex Officio underwea... Read More

Have bought these before and am well satisfied with them. The description says it all: "Terramar's High-Performance Essentials odor-control Pro Mesh briefs supply ample ventilation with their lightweight, perforated design, and work with your body's natural heating and cooling system to keep you comfortable."

    Work in all weather.

I received two pair of these a few days ago, have worn them once so far in 97* heat and they stayed drier than other 'wicking' or 'breathable' underwear I have tried, and are far superior to plain cotton; they are mesh all over where others have solid panels mixed in and they are smooth/slick fabric so they don't stick to clothes. I typically am a S but ordered a M and it fits well. I think these would be perfect with board shorts or other unlined swim shorts.

One con for me personally is that these are cut a bit more in the zone between a standard waist hight and a mid-rise brief (my usual) but I would definitely recommend these in spite of that.

very comfortable and holds their shape.

My favorite briefs. Comfortable with just enough support. The stretch of material varies from batch to batch or maybe color to color and is not consistent as I would like. My favorites are the blue but they haven't been available for quite some time. Next is the gray and my least favorite are the black.

    Two Issues:
    1) They run small. I got a medium and based on the sizing chart but they would be more suitable for people who normally wear small (31-32 inch waist). I normally wear 32 or 33 and they are a bit tight in every dimension.
    2) As mentioned by others, the fly is not usable.

Other than that they seem to be a good pair of briefs. I would have gone 5 stars if the fly issue was resolved, but that was a big miss.

  • Question “How many of these come with a price ...?”

Asked on 11/30/2015 6:40:17 PM by John from Vermont
    • Answer One in a package. Current price is $9.95. In the past these have occasionally sported an additional discount, and I have paid price between $6-$7. I have about 10 other brands of briefs, but this is the one I like the most, but this a very subjective evaluation.

    • Answer One per package. With Cyber Monday Deals! Free Shipping + Extra 30% Off! my current price is $6.96. A very good but probably not the best price I have seen.

    • Answer You only get one at that price. I will say that they are extremely comfortable, possibly the nicest briefs I have ever owned! Sometimes it's worth spending the extra money, since briefs are something you wear every day. Life's too short to wear uncomfortable underwear!
