This was a very nice extremely well made sweater. It defenitely fit well and was not too bulky. The Seams were nice and laid flat which would help if one were to wear it under a sport coat. As stated before this is not a bulky thick sweater but medium pile which make it perfect for cooler days.

This sweater is exactly what I expected: good price, excellent quality, and perfect fit. I ordered two of them and are very happy with them. I'm quite sure I'll use this service again. Thanks Sierra Trading Post!

I bought the Toscano V-Neck Sweater - Merino Wool in Spice (Texas Orange). This is a beautiful sweater, and the wool is so soft I had to check the tag to be sure it didn't say 50% Egyptian cotton and 50% silk. Unfortunately, it is a little small, but I can give it to my boy, or my best friend, either way. I can't get over how itchless the wool is. For the fit I would want in this brand sweater, I would need a 4XL Tall by the sizing scale. Too bad, but what a nice sweater otherwise. 3 stars for the sizing issue.

This Toscano v-neck sweater does not have a very deep v-neck.

I would consider it average. The top of the V opening is 5 1/2 inches down from top of back neckline. I wore the sweater over a dress shirt and it revealed part of the collar and top two buttons.

In my opinion, no (though this is a subjective judgement). One reason I bought it was to avoid a deep V neck.
