    this may work on lace up shoes....not for slippers type

    These are undoubtedly the worst insoles I've ever bought. They are hard as a rock and if you have aching feet, they only make it worse. If I could I'd give them no stars whatsoever. For the price I paid, I could have gotten three pairs of Dr. Scholl's active insoles which really work. I totally wasted $36.

    The heel is a little too tall for most loafer, unlaced shoes, but I've had a pair of these in my approach shoes for years and the older I get the more I swear by them.

    I use them in hiking shoes and my feet stay much more comfortable.
