This skirt fits my body type perfectly. I can wear a 10 in skirts if the waist runs big or if it's a dropped waist. Or I can wear a 12 if the hips are slim. In this skirt I can wear a 12 and I don't feel like my hips are in a sack. I am 5'8" and long-legged. This skirt hits right at the knee. Perfe...

Like many pants and skirts, finding one that fits is usually a real problem for me. The waist on this was just a bit too big for me, but it may be fine on others. This is just a very basic skirt with no frills. It wasn't a bad buy for the price, but I would classify it as more "casual" than "professional". I did notice that the fabric is very thick and stiff. I probably won't have to worry about the skirt wearing out anytime soon. I wish it came in other colors, but khaki is something I can coordinate with at least.

There are only two problems I have with this skirt. First, it was much longer than knee-length. If you plan on buying this, just know that if you're petite (I'm 5'1") it's going to be calf-length. In my opinion, this skirt stops at an awkward length so I had to get it hemmed up to my knee. Second, it's a little... looser than I'd like. I don't like my pencil skirts to be super form-fitting, but it's a little loose like an a-line skirt under my butt area in the back. Other than that, the skirt feels sturdy and of good quality, and I love the color. And best of all, the price is very exceptional.
