Looking for a versatile, leather flat for travel, to wear with jeans and khakis, etc. This is a cute shoe, well-made and the price is right. The fit seems a little short, but this will likely change once I break them in.

Exciting they ain't, but I now own a pair in each color for work. I have finally accepted the fact that if I buy heels--or even leather-soled shoes--they just sit in my closet, even if I have every intention to wear them. So, rubber-soled flats it is. I'm considering buying a SECOND pair in each color to keep in reserve.
The Timberland Carmona Shoes do not offer any arch support.

They don't have much support but you can put inserts into them. They are true to size, so you shouldn't have any problems putting in inserts. I use them all the time since I have foot problems and am also on my feet and running around all day long. Right from day one when I got them in the mail, I put them on and have worn them several times with no problems. It was a nice relief from the heels I usually wear.
