These leggings are great as a base layer for Skiing, that is why I purchased them. I believe they will also be a good base layer for hiking when using high ankle support boots. They are comfortable and fit true to size. I am 5'8" and a 145 lbs and the small fit perfectly.

These are fantastic tights that don't conflict with your socks for both alpine or back-country skiing and on top of that they never smell gamey

Bought these for my girlfriend. She loves them, lounges about in them and wears them as sleep pants.

Great fit, good baselayer for skiing. Material could be little heavier for severe cold days. Already have another pair and am very happy with quality of product. Fit is short so doesn't bunch up in ski boot.

    • Answer It just means these tights do not full length legs.
