I'll be using this for the cabin. For overnight guests. For car camping. And on and on.
The price was unbeatable and with the included inflater/deflater and with both a cigarette lighter attachment and a 120 volt wall connection to recharge it becomes versatile as well.
It inflates and deflates fas... Read More

I recently bought the ALPS Queen air bed and immediately used it on a 4 night river camping trip. The rechargeable pump lasted the whole trip (4 inflates, 4 deflates) without a problem. With the included wall-charger and car-charger I found keeping this charged is not a problem.

Easy to setup, pack and setup time is about 3 minutes. I'm an avid rafter and won't leave home without this piece of gear again!

I am happy with our new ALPS air mattress. The pump doesn't get the bed quite as full as I'd like, but it doesn't leak and is comfortable to sleep on.

The mattress is great. It does deflate a bit over night as any air mattress would, but it's more than acceptable. My mattress went from slightly firm to slightly soft. Construction seems to be high quality over night.

As others noted, you need to charge the battery for 12 hours before first use.

I'm jealous of the folk who seem to have gotten one of these that doesn't leak immediately. Fully inflated, this thing rocks. The construction seems solid. The pump seems like a great system (except for the fact it has to be fully charged in order to use, regardless of whether it's plugged in), and compact for what it is. However. It won't hold air longer than an hour or two..that's ridiculous. I expect a bit of air loss with air mattresses, of course, maybe some soft spots when you wake up the next day. But it's a realistic expectation that they stay mostly inflated throughout the night. We sank into this one within a couple hours. If you don't mind waking up every hour and running the inflator, go for it. The good news is it doesn't seem overly loud when you inflate it during the day and everyone up and about. But at 3 am at a busy campground, let's see how many new swear words you can learn when you flick it to 'on'... Very disappointed in this mattress. Does not measure up to even the lowest of expectations you may have for staying inflated. But it's gotten enough decent reviews here that maybe some of them don't leak? Roll da dice and take ya chances...

just received this an hour ago. cant even check for air leaks because the pump wont stay on for longer than ten seconds. tried both the wall power supply and the 12v supply. same thing either way, no air from pump for more than 5 or 10 seconds.
