It needs ironing but very flattering. Washed and wore twice so far despite the ironing. I like this brand - not many products but they are nice.

I liked the collar in the photo, but in practice, the fabric does not have the body to stand pert, and flops down awkwardly into an unattractively shaped scoop neck. Also, the fabric is not that which we usually associate with "chambray", but rather a light poplin-like fabric that would be unsuitable for anything but light activities.
