I returned it for the 9 and found it too short. The calf was still very wide and the heel came out when walking despite being short in length.

Obviously chose to return. They did not have a 7 nor could they get one. Postage to return was $40, plus the $25 I got dinged at the border. I'm really hoping they refund those charges as well or these boots will cost a lot to look at for the 1 hour I had them... Still without boots!
