My husband recently purchased the Equilibrio Paisley in Large and while it is a trim fit, it does fit his 6'2" 198lb frame. This Circle shirt in large may be mis-marked; can barely get his arms in the sleeves, can't button across his chest. The fabric on both Equilibrio shirts is on the thin side - not the quality of his other shirts at similar retail price point. Cool patterns - love the burgundy paisley and the blue on blue circle, if it fit he would keep.
