I have purchased multiple Bill's Khakis twills and poplins. All have fit true to size and been comfortable and well made. These cords have a waist measurement that is about 1.5" less than the tag indicates. Either a mis-label or a quality control problem., I had them altered and expect to enjoy them.

The M1 flat-front cut is excellent for cords, providing some grip at the waist while having enough room in the seat and thighs to avoid bunching or stretching the fabric. However, compared to English makers using dense, sturdy Brisbane Moss corduroy cloth, these Bills are soft and a bit floppy. Not sure how well they will press or whether they will tend to bag at knees. Wind resistance will be considerably less than their English counterparts. Probably best for those who want the look and texture of corduroy but don't want or need substnatial warmth or the ironclad durability of traditional English cords. At STP prices these are decent value but at full price I'd look at other makers who use a denser cloth.

I'm always delighted when I can find Bill's Khakis trousers in my size at Sierra Trading. I've paid full price and felt it was worthwhile, but I certainly appreciate a bargain. Buying high quality American-made clothes is a rare pleasure these days.
