I normally wear size 4-6, but the small was too tight to wear anything bulkier than a tee shirt under. Medium fits well except that the sleeves are too long. The oyster color looks fairly dressy,but I'll get it dirty pretty fast despite the stain repellent finish.

Answer It's got a nice pearly sheen to it, not "shiny" per se. If you got it smudged with dirt or face bronzer (as in my case), just throw it in the wash (refer to instructions provided in the coat) & dry on low heat! This is my fav. coat - light-weight & very warm!
