All-in-all, these are a great buy.They are not too thick but have great padding on the footbed.

    These merino socks are my favorite socks for working out. I wear them for running, boot camp class or for working out in the gym. They are very comfortable and I like the style. I found them to be true to size. I wear a shoe size 9 and the medium sock is a great fit.

    I am very happy wearing these on my morning walks - they don't bunch or creep. They do what a good sock is supposed to: cusion, wick, and feel wonderful.

    Foot too large, nice fabric though. Not worth returning for what it would cost. Like the "cuff" around ankle that doesn't dig into your ankle. Order size down.
