Mountain Hardwear Pyxis Hoodie Jacket - Fleece (For Women)

I wear this jacket every day!! It is incredibly soft and cozy. It does shed like one gal said, but the amount of shedding doesn't bother me. I imagine as it is washed it will shed less and be a little less soft. I don't know. I searched around on the internet to see other pictures of the colors because they seem to vary in their closeness to reality. I love my skybox blue; it is a super intense sky blue. I get tons of compliments on the color. While they are complimenting me they reach out and touch the sleeve, and then they can't believe the softness. The weight is great for chilly mornings around the house. It will make a great base layer under my ski jacket. The price is amazing. As I was searching for color pictures on other sights, I found STP prices to be nothing short of incredible once again.

I have a couple of other MH fleece jackets and this is my favorite. Very warm, but thin, so it doesn't take up space in a pack. Love the green color!

I own two, and I don't own two of anything! What I really love about this jacket is the hood. It fits perfectly. I have long hair that I wear in a bun and the hood accommodates that by still coming over the whole of my head. The hood is also form fitting, so helmets can fit over it. The material is lightweight and warm, and exceptionally soft. I have had many complements on the colours. However, being 5'5", 135lbs, the length is a little long in the medium. Maybe the small would be a better fit, because the medium is a little roomy everywhere, but I'm always nervous to order a smaller size and not have it fit at all. Overall this is a great, well made sweater!

Love the jacket. Had to return due to size and now they are gone :-(
