use this while riding gravity fed trails. Stable and solid. Doesn't go all over the place. Pockets for all my stuff and a great construction. Dakine, you've done it again.

First hydration pack purchase and I am very pleased with its performance and design. Just enough room for day packing and maybe 1 night camp out.

I bought one of these for myself a few years ago and recently bought another for my husband. My only complaint is that his is better than mine! They took an awesome bag and made it even better. The bite valve works great and I love the side open top on the water bladder. Makes it easy to put ice in for long day rides. The extra storage pockets on the sides are great and easy to access even when riding.

I bought this for my nephew for a birthday gift and wish I had one. I have an older Camelbak which I love. I like the pull out helmet holder. It's mesh and could be used to hold wet items. Great buy!

I looked a long time to find a bag with all of these features without being too big and cumbersome. For my long day hikes, this bag has it all: hydration bladder, soft compartment for sunglasses or phone, raincover, ventilated back, padded straps, helmet pouch (good for a windbreaker), and several pockets. The waist belt is even removable--perfect when I want to minimize the bag for travel. It is all black, which makes it more versatile--no colorful trim to make it conspicuous or loud. If I want to be more visible, I'll attach a reflector. This bag is durable and fits well on my 5'3" frame. Bags with these features cost $100+, so this was a great value at $55. Re the interior space, it accommodated a pair of rain pants, a bulky wind jacket, a pair of Teva water sandals, an extra shirt and a pair of socks, plus small binoculars and wallet in the pockets. It won't fit much beyond that except lunch and snacks. This fits my needs perfectly, but if you want to carry more, you may want to go with a larger bag.

Use for recent trip -- high altitude, multi-day trekking.
Holds up to 3 liters. Moisture doesn't leak or seep through.
Lots of pockets. Good storage. Terrific mini day pack.
