they fit just like J Crew khakis city fit and are cheaper and a better material. I had to exchange for a smaller size because they were big in waist but love the roll up option.

These are made of lovely soft material, and feel great. I'm a skinny 6'2" and I bought the size 8 with 33" inseam, and they fit great. I took one star off because they really are quite low rise on me, which is not very comfortable or practical, but the color is pretty in violet and I have a lot of trouble finding pants that are long enough, so I will put up with that.

Have to agree with the others who have said these are the weirdest-made pants! They fit great in the waist and hips (I'm 5'2", 121 lbs and ordered size 6), but there is a huge gap in the front of the crotch if, say, you want to carry a grapefruit around in your pants during the day. It's really too bad, b/c they are made of the nicest, softest sturdy cotton material and the purply-blue color is fantastic.

Everyone has a different experience with these pants - here's mine: I'm 5'4" and 127 pounds. I always wear a 6, so that's what I ordered and they fit fine. Waist doesn't gap on me. They're a little tight across the pelvis, but not enough to be uncomfortable. I'm never sure what anyone means by "curvy," but say a hypothetical person has a hypothetically round backside. For this person, these are not the most flattering pants in the world, so this person probably wouldn't order another pair, despite the plethora of nice colors.

I'm 5"3", 133, extreme pear, no tummy. I ordered 3 pair in size 6. I got black, khaki (they use a weird name for the color), and the white (maybe called jet stream). I ordered the 31" inseam because I have relatively long legs. I'm short waisted. The black and khakis are both marked slim, but the jet steam are not. The black and khakis are too small, even in the waist and I'm someone who always has the waist taken in. They strangely pulled in the crotch, which NEVER happens to me because I'm so short waisted. The jet stream are perfect for me. They are cut for someone short waisted with big hips and a little waist who is a fairly standard size 6 (sometimes 4) in women's pants. I take a 28 in Paige jeans, if that helps, but I sometimes have to take in the waist. In terms of appearance, the black and khaki do not look like you can get away with wearing them to work (not my work, where I'd need to dress them up with a suit jacket). The black, for instance, has that slight fade look, where it is a little lighter along the seams, like many hiking pants. The khaki is a little more even in the color, but still has that rougher outdoor wear look. They are all very nice looking and very well made, just not for work imo. I do think I can get away with wearing the jet stream pair (which I'm keeping) to my office this summer. The color is even and of course it will be summer (a little more casual). Jet stream is a pretty true white—no yellow in it. I imagine it is just a little less stark than the true white that was available earlier. BEST THING—I tried these on with black underwear and you could HARDLY see it. This is a huge issue for me with white pants. I hate the see through look, and these are GREAT in that regard. You can wear these with any light colored underwear without telling the world something it doesn't need to know about you.

I bought these in a size up based on the comments here, but ended up returning them for my size. They fit a bit odd, big on the waist, tight on the thighs (I have small waist, larger hips and athletic thighs), but these pants stretch to fit your form! So after 1/2 hour and with a belt, the hips and thighs were comfortable, the pockets are way deep and the fabric is totally comfy. I got a grease stain on the purple pair - scrubbed out the stain and washed the pants - NO discoloration in fabric and no shrinkage. LOVE these pants!! Wish they were available in more darkish colors in my size (6). Great deal.
