Reviewed by MoonBaby from San Antonio on Thursday, June 13, 2013I had first ordered a 12 and had to send them back for a 10 and with that they could be a tad tighter but not enough to go down a size. The other 12's that I bought in this order did fit. So I think it is the sizing and not me. The rise is more generous than I normally wear but not horrible (I am an active, young at heart 48, but not a low rise wearer). I washed and dried them thinking this might take them in that tad but they do not shrink! Which is a good thing I am sure. I bought the eggplant and the color is great, a very deep rich color. I am 5'2" on a good day and if I wore shoes with a little heel I could get by wearing the pants rolled down so that they can do double duty. The fabric is nice and sturdy without being thick and smothering. On a side note the front pockets are oddly deep, I thought to myself that they might come in handy….but I am not sure when. I will update the review if I find out! I expect that with the quality of these pants they will hold up to any and many excursions!

These are perfect, however, I read all the information writen about these,it was stated they were standard relaxed fit' They came slim fit. I was disapointed, but no time to send them back. Like them fine but wish they were not slim fit. Really like the nice deep pockets!
