I bike or walk to work and was looking for something for when it was cold and wet. This jacket was perfect. I layer it with a vest when it drops below 20F. It does a good job keeping out wind and wet weather and keeping me warm. I also liked the way it looked

I found this true to size. Lots of pockets. Not too heavy -not the lightest either. If you like the extra fabric at your wrist - you will like this jacket. . I have the purple/lavender strip. Also, great cut for women! Seems flattering. I have not worn outside yet; so can't comment on how warm it is.

Bought this jacket in the grey, white, and purple. Love the fabric for the grey color. It looks expensive and has been warm so far this winter. The sleeves are amazing and the thumb holes in the attached liner are fun. you can tell this jacket is going to last and keep you warm on the slopes.
Most of the materials that this item is made from are waterproof, however, because the zippers are not waterproof zippers, Sierra Trading Post does not consider this a waterproof garment by our standards, which is why we list it as water resistant.
