Great shoe for on road or off. Fit true to size. It is not a light weight cycling shoe. I find it comfortable.

These are a nice, well-made shoe. That said, they aren't at all what I expected. I thought they would be the same fit as a normal Keen - not the case! VERY narrow compared to a regular pair. Plus, I probably should've ordered up a half size. That said, they look like they'll last a long time, and it has been surprisingly easy stepping in and out of my cleats. They'll get good use.

I have been riding a hybrid bike for over 10 years with trail shoes, not bike shoes. These are comfortable, functional, and not too bad looking. I typically wear 81/2 shoe, but needed 9 in these.

I bought these shoes to use with my hybrid bike--the one I use both for commuting and riding off-road. Easy to mount the SPD cleats, comfortable, and good arch support. If you like Keen shoes, you'll like these, too.

Bought these as spinning shoes for my wife. Originally bought her a half size bigger after reading one of the reviews, however i had to send them back because these shoes ended up running true to size and were a half size too big. Ended up ordering the same dize as her normal running as shoes. I like that the can be used with out without clip ins, bc they have the detatchable plate where the cleat goes.

  • Question “Can these shoes be used for indoor spinning and do they come w/ the clips?”
Asked on 7/7/2012 12:00:00 AM by Dre from Cleveland, ohio
    • Answer The Keen Springwater Cycling Shoes do not come with clips and I see no reason why they could not be used for a spin class. I would ask your spin class instructor for some recommendations first before making a purchase. Thanks for asking and have a great day.
