I already had the synthetic blend of a similar style and liked them, so I bought this version. They are a nice weight, not too heavy but sturdy. I especially like the zippered fly (which some styles do not have). Thought these are very comfortable, I would probably not use them for hiking and climbing due to the cotton content (slow to dry), but I love these pants. The fit is on the "relaxed" side and I wish they were a little trimmer, but this is not a deal-breaker.

These gramicci style pants has a front zipper unlike the other gramicci's that you pull up. I prefers this stle the best.
