Had a small pair of Nikons since college that I always kept in my truck. You never know when you might need binoculars, and they were there when I go to a local ballgame. Well, someone made off with them, and I could not find a good replacement. Till now. Just lucked into these, and it was a really ... Read More

Amazing, my husband loved them. Going to use for hunting. Has a hard time telling difference between a doe and nubbin buck sometimes. He says these will do the trick!

This is the second pair of Steiner compact binoculars I've bought from STP. I bought my wife the 8x24 pair but I got the 10x26 because I like a closer focus. I also own a set of Larson 10x42. We are casual bird watchers and use the Steiners when we are traveling. The compact Steiners would not be my first choice for a set of birding binoculars. However, my 10x42 binoculars are bulky and weigh 4 lbs. These Steiners have a sharp focus and great contrast for their size. They have a non-slip texture and I really like the thumb pads on the bottom of the tubes. I'm happy with the weight/size/performance compromise.

Very clear optics for the price. Armor covering is a plus. Great value.

Awesome optics and a sturdy build. As an avid adventurer, I love having binoculars with me, but can't haul a large, expensive, heavy set with me all of the time. With these, I sacrifice some optical quality for usability. These binos will live in your pack, or car, or canoe and be happy about it!
