The light was bright enough to light a pathway at least 10 feet ahead. Left my hands free to carry travel bags to vehicle. Also used while walking pets, able to hold both leads and have my path lighted for me. Worth the purchase price. As to battery life, don't yet have to replace the CR2016.

These are compact and emit plenty of light. They were great for hands free reading at night. We met some women along the way who commented as to where we purchased them. These would make great stocking stuffers!

Reviewed by Lone Waddie from FLA on Sunday, April 07, 2013The lite is a nice low level light that works great in very dark area but it only has 5 LEDs so there is only so much light it can give. But it is easy to use and does not interfere with any work being done.
