    Yes, they are thin, but that is exactly what I was looking for. They remind me of flour sacks. I like the fact that they dry quickly. I purchased several sets.

    the pattern is printed-on, not woven-in. this type of towel is supposed to be lint free for dishes. a small amount of lint came off these in the dryer, unlike my existing towels which are lint free. they are not nice enough to give as a gift but will get used at home.

    There were no surprises - Lintex makes good quality linens. The texture and weight is just right. They wash beautifully too. And for me, being all cotton is a must.

    These towels are soft, but they are very thin. They come out of the dryer looking rather ruffled. I actually ironed them to see it if would help - it did, but I'm not in the habit of ironing my kitchen towels. I think this is a case of you get what you pay.
