Reviewed by riverdog from Little River, SC on Sunday, February 24, 2013I bought a smaller one for my Lhasa and practiced putting it on a stuffed animal! Once you learn how to adjust it and put it on your dog, it is great. I bought this one for my springer spaniel. I think the dogs walk better on a leash with the harness, plus it is good for a dog who slips his collar.

What was strange is the material came apart not not at a stitch or buckle but right in the middle of the strap. I should have paid attention to the negative reviews

It is not even at the lowest possible length but it has a lot of room to grow, so I would say at his weight nad size he is midway on this harness. I DO like how it slips on over his head and buckles up on his back, bringing the straps up from his belly. There are no instruictions so its a DIY thing. But it works well - he likes it even! ANd I like how he doesn't pull with this harness which attaches to the leash on his back. It corrects him gently w/o choking him. I like it so much I bought the bigger size for when he grow s into it, too. Recommend with the only reservation that it is for smaller dogs than described. This was the Medium I think.
