These are the best Chacos! I bought them for my daughter who has wanted some, but she has a wide foot. They are perfect in the size 6W, which was pretty true to her own size.. Super comfy and very functional. She gets compliments all the time. We love the 2-tone straps. Thanks, Chacos! My fir...

I purchased these last year in a size 6 because I am a size 6 1/2. The arch area dug into my feet and I couldn't understand what was going on. The length was fine and the width was fine, but they were just not comfortable. I realized this during my trip to Southeast Asia, taking these as my only shoes. This year I went and tried them on at a store and asked to try on a size 7. Though the length of the sandal is longer than what I would like, the way the arch hits my foot is perfect. It feels dreamy. I know STP recommends going down a half size, but that may not be accurate, depending on your foot shape and how the sandal will hit the arch of your foot. I can't return my other pair, so I am probably going to clean them off and donate them, as they are still in great condition. I am looking forward to my new Chacos, wearing them all summer long. Please do yourself a favor and try these on before you buy. Don't just try them on for a few minutes. Walk around in them for 10 minutes at least. If you feel your legs becoming tired, or if the arch feels like it is digging into your feat, rather than caressing them, trying on another size. I wish I did! BUT, with STP's great prices/sales, even with the purchase of this second pair, it's as though I paid full price for the one pair. No real regrets. :)
If you wear a 10 then the 11 would probably be too big.

A lot of reviews say Chacos run small, and to size up if you're between sizes. I wear a 6 in dress shoes and a 7 in most running shoes,. I ordered a 6 and they were too big. I exchanged them for a 5 and they fit perfectly.

That depends on your definition of "too big" . They will not fall off of your foot, but would fit more loose than most people would like. Would you be using these for short jaunts to the beach, (acceptable) or would you be using these to stroll around town for hours? (not acceptable)
