If you want a piece of equipment that will last who knows how long. Rigged for ground born troops and airborne troops. Go for it. You will not be disappointed when you get familiar with the equipment.

Reviewed by bobcat_pass from Billings, MT on Friday, October 12, 2012There are some 18" long or so webbing straps that are designed to thread through some openings in the top of the pack. At first this appeared to be a disadvantage and I was thinking the pack should be returned, until I realized the webbing could be shortened and the holes would facilitate carrying a two piece fishing pole by letting the end of the fishing pole extend through the top of the pack. This is a convenient solution to carrying a fishing pole to the fishing spot; most packs make no provision for carrying a two piece fishing pole and this pack looks like it would work for that. Thanks.
