I love that they have so many pockets, yet aren't baggy like cargo pants. I'd originally ordered 2 sizes, not sure which would fit, and was pleasantly surprised to find that the smaller was the better fit. I returned the other for another pair in a different color.

I've always done will with the ExOfficio brand and these look like no exception. I'm short, so I'll have to hem them, but that's normal. I love the cargo pockets on each leg and the small stuff pocket on one side.

Reviewed by exercisejunkie from sussex county,nj on Thursday, February 21, 2013I reviewed this recently and found that the sizing for the dark brown was off when I ordered it in a size 8(it was huge). Went back to a 6 and that was too small. Not sure I will try again in a size 8 even though I really like the dark color. Kept the green and light tan in size 8. The zippered cargo pockets are the best, the material is light and will dry quickly. This is a trim youthful fit so I found that the 8 instead of a 6 (maybe i gained weight?) was better for me. I always have trouble when the top of the pants is too far below the natural waist as these are. Going up one size makes the legs on these somewhat unflattering as they are loose compared to the way they fit at the belly and butt. But at least that gives you freedom of movement. Will be keeping these for an upcoming trip to a warm climate.

There is a zippered cargo pocket on each thigh plus on the right leg just above the zippered cargo is a slip in narrower cargo. Plus there are two regular pockets above the cargos. The pockets have a cloth mesh lining but overall they weren't ment for bulky items, nothing more than a small camera or cell phone, keys, cash, you get the picture. No pockets on the backside. They run true to size but be aware this is a modern fit meaning they are lower cut in front but do come up high enough in back. There was no gaping on mine but if you have gapping there is a drawstring to tighten the waist. Personally, these do not give you as much room in the tush as I would like which for me affects the fit. That being said I ordered one size up from what I have (have 6 and ordered 8)just to see which will be more comfortable. The legs are loose fitting which is good and necessary for the active person. Will update my review once I get the larger size.
