These sandals are lightweight and super comfortable-- just what I was looking for! I've tried Chacos many times, but have found that the footbed was always way too heavy and the arch too high for my foot. These Tevas are the perfect alternative. The straps are very easy to adjust as well. I typicall... Read More

Love these sandals. They are athletic and can get wet yet they are feminine and not clunky. Very comfortable and delivery was quick and price was reasonable for product. Very pleased with purchase.

This sandal is light weight and has a great footbed with good arch support. It is cute and the fit was perfect for my narrow foot. I love the colors and will be traveling to Europe with it this spring.

Well actually it was the second step that was comfortable. I had to trim off a rough seam edge, but other than that minor adjustment, these sandals fit great and are comfortable. I figure they will be a go to sandal for summer wear. I ordered a half size down as someone had suggested which was good advise.

I love Tevas. I have three other Teva sandals. I have not worn these as it is too cold for sandals. I am looking forward to wearing these for many years. Teva's hold up great, are stylish, and so comfortable. Never go wrong with Teavs.

  • Question “Are these considered a Zero Drop sole....not height difference between toe and heel?”

Asked on 9/11/2015 4:30:23 PM by skinnybonedog from San Diego
    • Answer There is no discernible difference between the heights of the toe and the heel--they are pretty much flat. They are super comfy!
Answered on 9/11/2015 4:59:47 PM by Chickenbot from Virginia
    • Answer I believe this sandal would be considered a zero drop. There is a good arch. Super comfortable sandal .This is my second pair.
Answered on 9/11/2015 5:32:45 PM by peggy from tennessee
    • Answer No idea. Toe & Heal appear ot be the same height to me.
Answered on 9/11/2015 5:48:56 PM by Jamma Gramma from Iowa
    • Answer While the height difference between the heel and toe isn't great, there is a height difference due to the extra cushioning in the heel. I'd estimate the difference to be about 3/8 inch.
Answered on 9/11/2015 5:51:47 PM by Linda in Cleveland from Ohio
    • Answer not sure abut that term, but I don't like 'earth shoes' if that's what you mean. They seems about like Birkenstocks.
Answered on 9/11/2015 7:23:38 PM by mary from newport ri
    • Answer No. The heel is slightly taller, less than 1/4".
Answered on 9/11/2015 8:16:22 PM by NanaBell from Indiana
    • Answer I don't think so. There seems to be 1/4-1/2 an inch difference. I need really flat soles and these are a real dream come true for me. I love them! I bet if you contacted Teva they could tell you which shoes are zero drop....
Answered on 9/11/2015 10:31:39 PM by Queen of Ballard from Seattle
    • Answer There is a very minimal difference, maybe half an inch.
Answered on 9/12/2015 8:44:26 AM by michela from New York
    • Answer I would say there is no height difference between heel (cupped) and toe. I have four pair of these and they are very comfortable. They have a low profile with a lot of support from the strap system.

    • Answer I don't think so. They do have a 1" heel.

    • Answer Hi,

The Women's Zirra Sport does have a drop,.. it's almost there but not enough to be considered a zero drop product.

Answered on 9/12/2015 12:31:18 PM by Erin on the Coast from Oregon
    • Answer I am not certain what a "zero-drop sole" is, but this is a mostly flat shoe. There is more of a difference in front to back than basic flip flops-but it is not much at all.
Answered on 9/12/2015 8:29:28 PM by sarah from seattle
    • Answer Well, I have to say I have never heard that term before so I'm not exactly sure if that is what this sole would be classified as. I would consider them to be a flat sandal with a supportive footbed so it doesn't feel "flat" on your foot. These sandlas are super comfortable. They can be wore all day with no problems! Just love how comfortable they are!

    • Answer I would say the heel is ever so slightly higher than the toe - but not enough to really notice the difference.

  • Question “What is the exact weight of these sandals?”

Asked on 8/7/2015 6:35:41 PM by Island Von from washington
    • Answer I don't know the exact weight, and don't have a scale that measures ounces...but I have a pair of the old standard Teva sandals ( which are so comfortable, that I bought these) and these are very lightweight...and almost as comfortable. The straps are thin, the sole is some amazingly pliable, strong, and light material...and they are just great. Probably wouldn't climb mountains in them, but would feel comfortable fording a stream with an uneven rocky bed.
Answered on 8/7/2015 7:16:28 PM by mary from Rhode Island
    • Answer My size 9 sandals weigh 14 1/8 ounces on my kitchen scale.
Answered on 8/7/2015 9:08:40 PM by welshcobdrivinggrams from Texas
    • Answer I don't know the exact weight. But they are definitely lighter than the "original" Teva style sandals that I've owned.
The soles of the Zirra sandals are thinner than the originals, yet they provide sturdy and comfortable support.
      Hope this helps.

    • Answer How would the average homeowner weigh something so light?

They are 'light' and could be described as lighter than your average sandal.
Answered on 8/7/2015 11:41:33 PM by dgbinns from port moody bc
    • Answer These are very lightweight, not nearly as "clunky" as many Tevas are. Extremely comfortable to wear all day.
Answered on 8/8/2015 5:45:08 AM by Shoe fiend from Louisville
    • Answer I don't have a scale that will measure the weight. They are very light. My guess is that they're under a pound.

I would think STP would have postal scales that could weigh a pair, if somebody wanted to bother getting a pair from the warehouse & doing it.

    • Answer 12 1/2 ounces
Answered on 8/8/2015 12:47:38 PM by Spunky from Everett, WA
    • Answer 12 oz. It is listed in the "specs" tab next to product information
Answered on 8/8/2015 8:23:09 PM by sarah from seattle
    • Answer The specs say 12 ounces for the pair, so about 6 ounces per sandal. They are very lightweight, which makes them great for walking in all day and going in and out of water and over rocky terrain.
Answered on 8/9/2015 10:47:38 AM by Amanda Fox from Durham, NC
    • Answer These sandals are extremely light weight (and extremely comfortable) Unfortunately, I don't have a scale that measures in ounces so I don't know the exact weight. I would guess they are less then 8 ounces in weight. They are light weight yet firm and rugged. Nothing flimsy about them.
Answered on 8/16/2015 7:34:51 PM by Puppy Love from Phila PA
    • Answer I am not aware of any that do not have the Teva logo on the heel.

  • Question “Is there some way to "lock" the buckles so the straps don't loosen while you wear the sandals?”

Asked on 6/16/2013 9:29:26 PM by Baltimore Film Fan from Baltimore
    • Answer This sandal is lighter than the Tirra. The sole design is very similar.
